Eligibility
Grade 12 students who are expected to graduate at the end of the current Academic Year.
Students who graduated from Grade 12 in the previous Academic Year or earlier and have not graduated from any college course from any higher educational institution.
Passer of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT), Alternative Learning System (ALS) or Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFEA&E) Program following DepEd regulations and therefore certified eligible for admission to college/tertiary level.
Must have a GWA of at least 85% or equivalents.

 

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) copies of latest 2×2 ID pictures (taken within the last 6 months)
SHS Form 138
Parents’ Income Tax Return or Certificate of Indigency
Certificate of Good Moral Character/ Grade 11 or 12 High School Principal’s Recommendation
PSA issued birth certificate
PhilHealth Identification card or membership number
